Masterton Homes celebrates their success at the 2017 HIA-CSR NSW Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards in October with the Synergy Premier Twin and the Harmony Flair taking out awards in each of their respective categories.
The Synergy Premier Twin display home at Oran Park took out the HIA NSW Display Home $400,001 to $500,000.
Judges said, “A very well thought out floor layout especially when you consider that the home includes an attached granny flat which needs to incorporate a fire wall. Good quality and external appeal for this price bracket. The internal ambience is enhanced with the use of skylights to obtain additional natural lighting. A lovely home.”
Designed to help ease the financial squeeze being placed on Australian families, the Synergy Premier Twin offers duel comfort, functionality and style with an under roof granny flat. The ingenious floor plan means you get two independent yet intimate dwellings under one roof.
The main home is a vibrant and contemporary double storey design that oozes with architectural style and elegance both inside and out.
Masterton’s the Harmony Flair display home at Calderwood also won on the night, taking out the HIA NSW Display Home $250,001 to $300,000.
Judges said, “This is a well-constructed house with the raked ceiling making the dining and living areas feel quite spacious. The home exhibits good flow between all the rooms and the subtle colour scheme and lighting makes this building internally appealing.”
The Harmony Flair is a beautiful, elegant home that’s in tune with all tastes and lifestyles.
From the moment you open the front door, the Harmony Flair delights and entices with its clean, classic lines and comfortable atmosphere. The grouping of bedrooms, the media space and the main bathroom ensures for personalised private spaces while the open plan living areas and kitchen are the perfect place to entertain and gather with family.

What does it mean for Masterton?
The win again reinforces Masterton’s status as one of the most awarded builders in NSW and celebrates the capacity of the company for innovation, resilience and creativity in an extremely busy NSW housing market. After all, Jim wouldn’t have it any other way.
