The flexibility of the Santa Barbara single storey duplex design means you can easily convert dwelling B to a 4 bedroom home if the additional space is needed. The kitchens of both dwellings are positioned on the external wall, allowing plenty of natural light. While dwelling A features the family & dining separated into distinct spaces, dwelling B is more open plan style.
