The conditions to be eligible for the $1,000 Digital Gift Card are: 1) the Client Referred must be a new customer to Masterton Homes, not in the Masterton Homes database, not previously spoken to by Masterton Homes, and not received a New Home Proposal from Masterton Homes. 2) The referral must be recorded by Masterton Homes in the Client Referred’s New Home Proposal and internal sales records, including the Referrer’s name, prior to the issue of a Masterton Homes New Home Proposal. For the avoidance of doubt, participation in the ‘Refer a Friend’ promotion does not affect the price payable by the Client Referred under their building contract. 3) The Referrer must advise of the Referral prior to a Masterton New Home Proposal being provided to the Client Referred. 4) the Client Referred must pay the deposit required under the building contract, and the cooling off period must expire without the Client Referred terminating the building contract. The $1,000 Digital Gift Card is not payable until the “Client Referred” reaches Validation, just prior to Construction.

Masterton Homes is not responsible or obliged to replace any digital gift card if the Referrer misses the spend end date on their digital gift card. The remaining credit on the digital gift card will not be reissued if the total amount of AUD$1000 is not spent by the card expiration date. Digital gift cards will be emailed to the email address provided on the ‘Refer a Friend’ form once the form has been approved, and signed by Head Office. Recipient is responsible for checking their email (including junk/spam folders) and ensuring the email address provided is correct.

All digital gift cards are subject to separate Terms & Conditions set by Visa or Mastercard for their Digital Gift Cards, which must be read and accepted by the recipient. These terms cover activation, use, expiry, and security, and will take precedence over any other instructions from Masterton Homes.
