Our single storey designs come in a wide range of sizes to suit various block widths and family needs. For example, the Ascot design has a total area of 235.7 m² with an overall width of 11.52 m, and the Overture series offers up to 300 m² in total area.
If you have a particular block width or area in mind, we can help you select or customise a design that fits beautifully.
The cost varies depending on your site, finishes, inclusions, and any modifications you make. Like with site conditions, council requirements, and your choices for fixtures & materials heavily influence the final price.

Yes — we offer flexibility. Our designs can be adapted to your site, block orientation, aspect, slope, and personal preferences. This includes adjusting dimensions, shifting room layouts, or choosing different facades.
Absolutely — many of our plans can be adapted for sloping blocks using stepped footings, retaining walls, or split levels. In our initial site inspection, we assess soil and site conditions to determine how best to adjust the design.
Timelines depend on many variables (council approvals, site works, custom features). Our single storey build time typically takes 10 to 12 months (excluding design and approval phases).
Once your design is finalised and approvals are in place, we can give you a more precise schedule based on your project.
Our inclusion packages cover items such as kitchen ranges, bathrooms, tiling, electrical, flooring, air conditioning, and fixtures.
You can upgrade or choose custom finishes beyond the standard package if desired.
Yes — depending on your region, some of our display homes reflect single storey designs. All can also view all of display homes by virtual tour from the comfort of your home.
