Yes — we offer flexibility. Our designs can be adapted to your site, block orientation, aspect, slope, and personal preferences. This includes adjusting dimensions, shifting room layouts, or choosing different facades.

Absolutely — many of our plans can be adapted for sloping blocks using stepped footings, retaining walls, or split levels. In our initial site inspection, we assess soil and site conditions to determine how best to adjust the design.

Timelines depend on many variables (council approvals, site works, custom features). Our single storey build time typically takes 10 to 12 months (excluding design and approval phases).

Once your design is finalised and approvals are in place, we can give you a more precise schedule based on your project.

Our inclusion packages cover items such as kitchen ranges, bathrooms, tiling, electrical, flooring, air conditioning, and fixtures.

You can upgrade or choose custom finishes beyond the standard package if desired.
